Tree Lighting – Thursday, Dec. 1 2016

Come to the WPB Waterfront Thursday, December 1, 2016 for the official lighting of Sandi, our own South Florida style 35-foot Christmas tree. Made of 600 tons of sand, beautifully sculpted and decorated with over 5000 animated lights, Sandi is the centerpiece of the “Holiday in Paradise”.  The lighting usually takes place around 7:00 pm and kicks off the month-long Sandi Land celebration. Guests can see four 25-ton sand sculptures surrounding Sandi the tree, play a round of nine-hole Glow-in-the-dark mini golf, and kids can create their own Florida-style life-size snowmen in SnowieVille. Come enjoy the official dancers for Sandi, the Sandettes  who will perform on Dec. 1 at the tree lighting ceremony also on Dec. 8 and 15 at Clematis by Night concerts. Visit from Santa Claus between 6pm-10pm. Light shows will repeat nightly on the quarter hour, from 6:15 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Fri.-Sat. until 11:00 p.m. through Jan. 1, 2017 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
