Not to be missed is Mounts Botanical Garden: Illumina, a Tropical Garden Lantern Festival unlike anything we had seen before. With more than 500 handcrafted silk lanterns, the vibrant displays are bright and so colorful, featuring plants and animals of the tropics. The largest dragon display is truly remarkable. The pathway is illuminated but you still have to watch your steps. There were a couple of food trucks with beverages and snacks. Takes roughly one hour to see everything at a leisurely pace. Great for children of all ages.
